Can I get a sample before committing to a volume order?
Yes. Sample units ship in 5–7 days for stock configurations . Tell us the model, the control method and the destination market, and we will confirm what the sample includes and how it is shipped.
What is the minimum order quantity, and what can be customised?
Stock configurations start at 500 sets; OEM orders start at 1,000 pcs. Customisation covers length, control method, colour configuration, packaging and branding. Send the build you need and we will confirm MOQ and lead time for that exact configuration .
Can the product carry our own brand and packaging?
Yes — logo print on the box, stickers, silkscreen on the product and app white-labelling are all available. Artwork is approved before production, and the artwork stage adds about 7 days to the lead time.
What is the warranty, and how are defects handled?
3 years standard on the light source and controller, with a 5-year extended option for project and tender orders . If a unit fails, send the batch code, the quantity affected and photos, and our after-sales team will confirm the replacement plan.
