Run length, density, colour and IC changes start at 500 sets with a 20–25 day lead time (IC changes 25–30 days). Packaging and branding start at 1,000 pcs, adding 7 days for artwork. Certification scope is quoted per project .

Warranty
3 years standard on strip and controller; 5-year extended option for project and tender orders .
Covers defect replacement of strip, controller and driver. Excludes damage from incorrect voltage, cutting outside the marks, or outdoor use of an IP20 product.

10 — FAQ
Engineering questions we answer most often
Written for specifiers rather than consumers: run length, power, cutting and ingress protection.
What is the maximum run length on a single power feed?
A 24 V constant-voltage strip is limited by voltage drop rather than by the LEDs. Keep one feed under 10 m and supply longer installations from both ends or from separate drivers. Send us the run length and we will confirm the driver rating and the number of feeds on the drawing .
Does the kit need an external power supply, and is it included?
The strip runs on DC 24 V, so a supply is always required. Kits are quoted with the matching driver for the run length; for project orders we can ship without one if you prefer to source your own .
Can the strip be cut, and re-joined after cutting?
Yes — cut marks sit every 50 mm. Sections can be re-joined with solder joints or clip connectors, but each section needs its own power feed once the copper trace is broken.
Is this strip suitable for outdoor, bathroom or wet areas?
This model is IP20 for indoor, dry locations. For bathrooms, outdoor facades or other wet areas we quote an IP65 or IP67 version of the same platform — send the application and ingress requirement and we will match a model.
